Anotácia knihy

First time in paperback (the Simon and Schuster hbk was published in 2003), this is the book Mel Brooks and Thomas Meehan described thus: "We laughed and we cried at Cy Feuer's wonderfully warm, brash, and colourful memoir of his life in New York theatre..." This is the rags to riches story of the man who had five successful musicals all running on Broadway at the same time, who hired Cole Porter for Can Can, signed 17-year-old Julie Andrews for her Broadway debut, battled with Bob Fosse over Cabaret, and more, much, much more.
