Returns within 30 days without giving the reason

To have the right to return an item bought from us, you have to be the end user. You are entitled to the right to withdraw from the contract only if we receive your withdrawal in writing within 30 days after the purchase. You also have the right to return if you collect the merchandise in person at a collection point. Goods may be returned without giving a reason but we would appreciate if you explained shortly your decision.

How to do it?

1. Fill up Withdrawal form (PDF, 1 063 kB). The document can be sent to us via e-mail or enclosed to returned goods.
2. Please pack the returned items properly, not to bubble or envelop. The goods cannot be damaged. If you return DVD, CD, MC or CD-ROM, please remember that also the plastic cover cannot show signs of tampering.
3. The package with the goods bought from us should be sent to the address below. We do not accept parcels sent on “cash on delivery”.
4. We will transfer money to your account at the latest 30 days after the returned merchandise is delivered to us.

To avoid any damage during shipment please pack the returned items very carefully.
