Packaging and shipping

We give special attention to the packaging. To avoid item damages we use 3 layer corrugated cardboards designed especially for book shipment. If you choose collection in person your books will be waiting for you at the chosen collection point wrapped in a transparent film. Then you can check the order immediately. On request and for a small fee we also pack books in gift-wrap which may be personalized with your own message.

Gift orders

Will you give the purchased book as a gift? Leave it to us. We will send the book to the recipient with your message attached. Also books which have not been published yet can be given as a gift. Isn't it great?

How to do it? It is easy!

• Add to the cart item, which you would like to purchase.
• During the first step of Checkout select Send as a gift.
• Choose delivery and payment method. Order must be paid in advance.
• Enter the address where the book should be sent. Leave also your email and phone number to be in the loop with your order.
• If you want to personalize your present, write your own gift message. The message appears also on the gift voucher.
• And we are done! Additionally, the service is free of charge.

What happens next?

• You will receive a summary e-mail with the gift voucher attached. It's only up to you how you will give it to the recipient. The voucher can be printed and given in person or sent via e-mail. On request we print a certificate and send it to your address. But it will take a little bit longer, usually up to 7 working days.
• After payment, we send your order to the person you have chosen. The shipment contains only ordered goods and your message. No invoice or marketing flyers are attached. It is a gift; it cannot make a bad impression :-).

Gift-wrap

If you decided to give a book as a gift we can pack it for you in a fancy gift-wrap with a delightful bow on the top. Thanks to it you will make the occasion more solemn and memorable.

To avoid any damages during transport we also wrap your present in bubble. The best part is left for you - give the present to the person who deserves it:-). All this for a small fee of 2.33 €.

Delivery to hand: books are delivered undamaged

To avoid item damages we use 3 layer corrugated cardboards designed especially for book shipment.

Thanks to the unique design the cardboards provide maximum protection against book damage during shipment protecting also the most vulnerable parts – corners and spine.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you notice that the delivered item is damaged.

Collection in person: check on the spot

All ordered books will be waiting for you at the chosen collection point wrapped in a transparent film. Then you can check the order on the spot. It does not mean that it was packed this way all the time. To the collection point the parcel arrived in a box in order to avoid any damage.
