The handbook is for everyone who likes to make use of information and communication technologies and who would like to learn important, interesting and current information about chemistry via didactic software; mainly students and teachers for chemistry education at ISCED 2 level.The first part of the handbook describes information and communications technology (ICT) and the effectiveness of the learning process using ICT.
