Book synopsis

When a reliable Confidential Informant tells the police that an out-of-control rogue cop in the Bronx has put out a contract on a drug dealer, Lieutenant Tynan's boring routine at Internal Affairs comes to a screeching halt. Suddenly, he's no longer marking time waiting to move on from his drafted assignment to Internal Affairs.
