Book synopsis

The pace is set from the very beginning with the account of a brutal assassination. This fictional novel traces the tumultuous events of the teenage years of Caradoc, a Celtic tribal Prince in Iron Age Britain, who struggles to overcome his greatest enemy, the treacherous Prince Minioc, heir to the Catuvellaunian throne. Amongst his most loyal supporters, Caradoc can count on his younger brother and sister, who with his friends, including the hauntingly beautiful Swynol, find their lives intertwined with the fate of the young Prince. When victory is finally achieved in battle, this is clearly just the beginning, as Caradoc is determined to fight on for the independence of his tribe at whatever cost... but that is another story!
