This is the proceedings of the International Conference On Computational Vision and Bio Inspired Computing (ICCVBIC 2017) held at RVS Technical Campus on 21,22, September, 2017. it includes papers on state of the art innovations in bio-inspired computing applications, where new algorithms and results are produced and described.
