The book focuses on 5 questions- 1 What are the core§values of Singaporean managers-cum-owners of§co-operatives which operate in Singapore? 2 In what§ways are§the core values of these Singaporean§managers-cum-owners similar to & how do they differ§from non-Singaporean managers-cum-owners of companies§operating in Singapore? 3 What are the most important§values§of the managers when running their companies? 4 In§what ways do Singaporean managers perceive that these§values impede their companies? 5 How do Singaporean§managers believe these values have contributed to the§success of their companies?
