For years Kartik has felt like he'd rather put his arm through a wood chipper than go to work the next day, or live another day like the last, but he has anyway. There was never a choice. Or, that's what he's told himself, while wondering 'Is this really it?' Seeking answers, he ventures both across the globe and within his own mind, but finds only emptiness.

The Hollow, an unyielding scourge he can't escape, demands his attention and fuels his desperation. Hope arrives in the form of an old friend and a radical proposition: astral travel. About the Author

Vikram is an artist at heart, an engineer and an 'MBA' by education and a strategy-and-management-consultant-who-has-done-product-management-and-vlsi-in-another-lifetime by profession. When he's not working, he can be found writing, drawing, singing, working wood or clay and generally investing his time into some form of art. Hollow Progress is his second novel, the first one being '35 MM', a book he co-authored as a CSR initiative with four colleagues. He's currently working on a book of short stories. He lives with his wife, two boys and a pet dog. He dreams of financial independence and being able to commit to the arts full-time. Will his dreams come true?
