The book presents details about "Burnishing Process", which is a cold forming finishing process done after machining. It is the masters thesis work. Burnishing process helps to improve surface finish as well as micro hardness in one step; which makes it unique for engineering applications in finishing such as for hydraulic and pneumatic sealing in valves, pistons and cylinders.
