El Derecho Administrativono contiene aún una regulación adecuada de la denuncia administrativa, con la excepción de la denuncia formulada ante la Administracióntributaria o ante la Administración laboral, por ofrecer unaregulación reglamentaria específica ya consolidada. Es cierto que laLey 39/2015 introduce mejoras en la escasa regulación administrativageneral entonces vigente, pero, considerando la normativa sectorialexistente, la jurisprudencia emitida y la doctrina científica,continúa siendo insuficiente, como se constata en esta obra.
