Mel Gibson and Danny Glover star in this action thriller from director Richard Donner. Sergeant Roger Murtaugh (Glover) is a family man who is about to turn 50. Cautious by nature, he is less than happy to be paired with erratic former Special Forces soldier Martin Riggs (Gibson) when he is assigned to investigate a Californian drug baron.
