El texto recoge la parte teórica correspondiente a la asignatura de Álgebra Lineal, tal y como se imparte en el Grupo Bilingüe del Grado en Tecnologías de la Telecomunicación de la Universidad de Alcalá. Los contenidos se presentan con rigor y se motivan mediante problemas relacionados con las Telecomunicaciones y la Matemática Aplicada. El texto cubre los temas habituales en un curso de Álgebra Lineal (sistemas de ecuaciones lineales, espacios vectoriales, aplicaciones lineales, diagonalización, espacios euclídeos), más un tema adicional sobre álgebras de Boole, de gran importancia en informática y telecomunicaciones. The text covers the theoretical part of the Linear Algebra course, following the way it is presented in the Bilingual Group of the Degree in Telecommunication Technologies at the University of Alcala. The contents are introduced in a rigorous way, and are motivated by means of problems related to Telecommunications and Applied Mathematics. The usual topics in a Linear Algebra course (systems of linear equations, vector spaces, linear mappings, diagonalization, Euclidean spaces) are addressed here, together with an additional lesson on Boolean algebra, of great interest in Computer Science and Telecommunications.
