Book synopsis

Saguak oso pobreak ziren, baina Matias zen haien itxaropena.Handitzean sendagilea izan zitekeen, agian. Eta orduan gaztaparmesanoa izango lukete gosaltzeko, bazkaltzeko eta afaltzeko. BainaMatiasi zer izan nahi zuen galdetzen ziotenean, erantzuten zuen:«Ez dakit... Mundua ikusi nahi dut».Artea, mundu osoko kulturaren eta jakintzaren erakusleiho gisa, sorkuntzaren eta askatasunaren adierazpen gisa, errealitateaeraldatzeko bide gisa. Museo batera egindako lehen bisitak bizitzaaldatu dio Matiasi, eta bere etorkizuna bideratzen lagundu dio:ganbara apal batean bizi izatetik bidaiatzera eta bere margolanaknazioarteko prestigioko aretoetan erakustera.Leo Lionnik zenbait estilotara hurbiltzen gaitu, portreta historikoeneta izadi hilen klasizismotik inpresionismo, kubismo edosurrealismoaren tankerako arte-abangoardietara. "Matiasen ametsa"haurrak hezkuntza estetikoan eta formakoloreen interpretazioanabiarazteko album bat da. Fantasiaz betetako istorio hurbil batenbidez, eta collage erako aberastasun kromatiko handiko ilustraziodeskriptiboen bitartez, egileak bere bi grina nagusiak partekatzenditu irakurleekin: artea eta musika, haurtzaroa markatu baitzioten eta gaur eguneko haur literaturako erreferente nagusietariko bat bihurtubaitzuten.
