Die Gemeinsame Agrarpolitik der EU stellt ein Kernelement der europäischen Integration dar und beansprucht die Hälfte des EU-Haushaltes. Das umfangreiche Agrarmarktrecht wird in Deutschland seit 1972 mit Hilfe des Gesetzes zur Durchführung der Gemeinsamen Marktorganisationen und der Direktzahlungen (MOG) umgesetzt. Dieses für andere Bereiche zum Muster gewordene MOG wird in dem Band erstmals in vollem Umfang kommentiert. Vorangestellt ist eine Einführung in die Systematik des EU-Agrarmarktrechts. Berücksichtigung findet das Gesetz zur Umsetzung der Reform der Gemeinsamen Agrarpolitik. Die Kommentierung wird durch einen Abdruck der wichtigsten deutschen Rechtstexte zur Agrarreform (Betriebsprämie, cross-compliance und InVeKoS) und der neu bekannt gemachten Milchquotenverordnung ergänzt. Der Band umfasst somit die zentralen Bestimmungen des nationalen Durchführungsrechts zum EG-Agrarmarkt, zur EG-Agrarreform und zum EG-Milchquotenrecht und richtet sich an die mit diesen Sachgebieten befassten Bundes- und Landesbehörden, Unternehmen, Verbände, Rechtsanwälte und Richter.
