Book synopsis

Avery Winston's husband died six years ago. She's got the death certificate to prove it. So, why-no, strike that-how is he in Owl's Nest, Maine demanding she give him half her property? He's got a buyer and is willing to split the proceeds 50-50. How nice of him!
