The ideal introduction to Marcel Proust's inventive genius, Swann's Way is the first volume of his seven-volume masterpiece, In Search of Lost Time (A la recherche du temps perdu). Based on C.K. Scott Moncrieff's translation which was published during the author's lifetime, this critical edition is accompanied by Susanna Lee's introduction, note on the text and explanatory annotations.
