Book synopsis

It is never too late, and you are never too old to begin your journey with the Qur'an. Make a change today. Learn how to recite it, ponder on it and put it into action. Learning how to recite the Qur'an with Tajweed rules will help you to connect to the Book of Allah, and you will find your life blossoming and your heart at peace.

Aishah (RA) reported: The Messenger of Allah said, "The one who is proficient in the recitation of the Qur'an will be with the honorable and obedient scribes (angels) and he who recites the Qur'an and finds it difficult to recite, doing his best to recite it in the best way possible, will have a double reward." Al-Bukhari and Muslim.

This book cannot replace reciting to and being corrected by a qualified teacher of Tajweed. Instead, it is a guide and an aid in understanding the concept of Tajweed. The application can only be refined by recitation and correction.

The clarity and effectiveness of the methodology used in this book make Tajweed an enjoyable and beneficial experience for both children and adults. We ask Allah (SWT) to make us of those who recite and benefit from His Book, giving it its due rights. And we ask Allah (SWT) to make it a driver for us to Jannah (Paradise).

Souad Mhani is obtaining a professional ljazah in the Qur'an and in the Ten Qira'at according to the Shatebia and Dorra methods, as well as Tayyebah method with a chain of narrators going all the way back to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
