Patterns of primordial origin reside deeply within§our psyches at an unconscious level. Religion and its§scriptures have not given women's stories told§through their voices prominence, and theology has not§taken into account the nature of women as spiritual§beings. The secular and religious histories of women§generally, herstory, and personal life stories affect§who women are and how they relate to each other. Ties§That Bond is a feminist study that searches for the§nature of connections that exist and function among§women who share genealogies--daughters, mothers,§grandmothers.
