Book synopsis

This design uses VERILOG as design language to achieve the modules of UART. Using XILINX software, Saptron 3E FPGA to complete simulation and test . The results are stable and reliable data transmission with some reference value. And the MODBUS design is implemented in kit where it uses FPGA and peripheral devices to communicating between many devices which are connected to same network. Each device intended to communicate using Modbus is given a unique address. MODBUS is used to monitor and program devices; to communicate intelligent devices with sensors and instruments; to monitor field devices using PCs; MODBUS is also an ideal protocol for RTU application where wireless communication is required.
