Kenneth Alexander should have every reason to be happy. While Kenneth sorts through the pitfalls, aid comes from an unsuspected source. The government operative holds the key to the deployment of the project through a woman who is coming to mean more to him than is comfortable for a man in his covert line of work. Though Oceanographer, Dr. Cecil Jordon's invention, ROVERS, was designed as a weather detection system, it is the link that creates a world-wide protection grid. It takes the Alexander family and friends to try to stop a sadistic multi-billionaire from wreaking havoc on the world's electronic systems.
