This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 6th BenchCouncil International Symposium on Benchmarking, Measuring, and Optimizing, Bench 2023, held in Sanya, China, during December 3-5, 2023. The 11 full papers included in this book were carefully reviewed and selected from 20 submissions.
