This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th International Workshop on Deontic Logic in Computer Science, DEON 2004, held in Madeira, Portugal, in May 2004.The 15 revised full papers presented together with the abstracts of 2 invited talks were carefully reviewed and selected for inclusion in the book.
