Defining and analysing the problem is the first step of solving any problem. This is an important step, as changing the problem definition will change the solution to the problem. Hence the need to have a Design Pattern concept while defining and understanding any problem. This ensures more efficient and effective way for representing the key aspect of the successfully tested solution to the problem in the arbiter context. This provides a method of reducing the complexity of the system by defining and naming the abstraction. Design framework provides a systematic way to be used at each possible stage of SDLC with some new notation and reuse from Unified Modelling Language (UML).
