Human resource is the lifeblood and the most valuable asset of an organization. It is an employee who makes other resources productive. The successful management of an organization's human resource is a critical, dynamic and challenging task, especially at a time when the world has become a global village. Considering the importance of human resource, I have written a book on "Effective Utilization of Human Resources- Key to Productivity" in the context of Bangladesh. This book has many salient features compared to a number of books published both within and outside the country.
