This book is a glimpse inside the mind and heart of a sister and a brother. Their bond is stronger than what is perceived. Both siblings wanted to be loved and accepted, but life challenges caused isolation and disconnections. One sibling was distant, going from being a single mother to marriage and moving on in life with being a military spouse, living in different states, and traveling the world has been an escape. Still, the other sibling was deemed an outcast due to the decisions not always being conducive to life. Both have dealt with many obstacles in life.
