Over the past 30 years, China has enjoyed the longest§and most rapid economic development in history. As§part of that phenomenon, Chinese companies such as§Lenovo, Huawei and Haier have in recent years§increasingly stepped up their internationalization§efforts in order to compete globally. Despite the§huge business impact and future implications, there§is little academic literature on globalization trend§of Chinese companies from a corporate strategic§perspective, since most of the existing literature§derives from a macro-economic standpoint.
