Educational progress is enabled with well-trained teachers, while teacher training is possible with well-planned in-service professional training studies. Pre-and post-training performance evaluations of training teachers have been compared by technical experts, and significant differences have been detected between pre-training and post-training performances. Thus, this book will constitute a guide to healthy, proper, reliable and objective execution of all training teachers' accreditation process.
