NTPC,Badarpur provides all the types of facilities to its employees thereby providing satisfaction to its employees to a great extent. Communication matrix should be strictly adhered to more free flow of communication by top and middle management. More clarity regarding job description may be helpful. Human asset prerequisites in groups should be re-looked guaranteeing sufficient colleagues in a group.
