This book contains a research result on an investigation of current problems facing The Science Teachers Development and Training Centre or STDTC in Bandung, Indonesia. The research focuses on seven different aspects. They are (1) Quality of trainer s working environment; (2) The quality of science laboratory environment.; (3) Correlation between the training programs provided and the science teachers needs; (4) Profiles of its trainers and technical support staff; (5) The fifth one is the existing facilities and their utilisation; (6) The last two aspects are reasons behind of the ignorance of the institution by potential customers; (7) The existing policies of the ministry of national education in order to facilitate working relationship between this institution and the provincial in-service teacher training providers. This book allow readers not only able to identify problems facing by the centre, but also able to pay more attention to certain aspects which relate to the readers interests. The last five aspects are contextual aspects. However, the first two aspects concern about the quality environment which are commonly aspect studied by educators.
