This research study is based on Employees performance appraisal System and which is the most commonly used management tool in Industry. However the monitoring system of job performance evaluation is still not considered as effective. Thus main objective of the research is to identify the Performance appraisal System Prevailing in different Sector in Bhopal Region and come up with performance appraisal model for manufacturing, Telecom, Education sector. This study on Performance appraisal in public &private sector come up with shortfall in performance appraisal system in public and private organization of three sector. The study suggest measures to HR personnel to design performance appraisal system which will positively affect the efficiency and productivity of employees. In addition a similar study to compare Indian performance appraisal methods and method adopted worldwide is highly suggested.
