Whitehaven is a tightknit community tucked up in the mountains of Southern California. When a local drug lord is murdered, and his body goes missing, the city is reluctantly forced to call in a young, hotshot detective from Los Angeles for help. Detective Corrales finds his opening into the local thrill-seeking hang-gliding group through local pizza entrepreneur Sam Hossler.
