The winds of Information Technology are blowing and making some change in the existing services, hence there was a necessity to evaluate the contribution and achievements of college Librarian professional in the new era. This work was related to the Libraries of Arts, Commerce and Science Colleges affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. This study was concentrated on colleges and its librarians of six district (Nagpur, Wardha, Bhandara, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli and Gondia) colleges. This book would helpful to the library professionals, researchers and students.
