The scope of this book is to design an LNA appropriate for wireless applications with improved performance metrics. Low Noise Amplifiers are the backbone of receivers for radiofrequency communications. Their determinations describe the overall noise performance and can have a venomous affect the linearity. The demand for all kinds of portable wireless communication applications pushes VLSI designers to continuous research in wireless transceiver RFICs design. The ultimate aim and objective are to minimize the trade-off between high performances, low-cost and low power consumption. Recently, with the growth of IoT, IoE, wearable devices, and medical electronics, consumer demand for RF front-end ICs is increasingly growing. The high-gain, low-power, low-noise, small-size and linearity are of primary importance to the wireless communication systems for designing RF amplifiers like LNA. This book presents a methodology for the design and analysis of ISM and FCC band CMOS RF receiver front-end for multi-standard millimeter-wave (MMW) radio applications. Radiofrequency (RF) systems transmit (Tx) and receive (Rx) radio signals from few kHz to GHz.
