Local culture,leadership principles and performance indicators, aresome of the highlighted success factors of CSRimplementation. Potential for future research andconsulting is further discussed.The relevance of sustainability to productiontechnologies, the respective influence of localculture and the extensive information on CSR theory,related concepts and instruments, make this work aunique reference to understand CSR and itsimplementation in a cultural context.
