The study of the relationships that individuals maintain with each other has always been at the centre of the concerns of the most diverse areas of knowledge. Due to the plurality and multiplicity of approaches adopted as legitimate references for the production of knowledge about group processes, this study is a theoretical review centred on a specific model called: Operative Groups.
