This book deals with the impact of HIV/AIDS on Ethiopian Businesses, as approached from a managerial perspective. This approach has been adopted for its relevancy to managers in general. The book is perhaps the first in Ethiopia in its kind as HIV/AIDS is understood by many as merely a health problem. Many business people do not recognize its effects on business. However, their ignorance did not evade its impact.
