We all love a clean house-but some of childhood's most important lessons are learned with messy hands. Make a Mess reminds families that creativity, confidence, and discovery often begin when we're willing to let kids explore.

Make A Mess is a joyful, imaginative children's book about creativity, chaos, and the big life lessons hidden in messes.
Perfect for toddlers, preschoolers, and early readers ages 1-8. Great for fans of Harold and the Purple Crayon, The Wonderful Things You Will Be, Not a Box, and other bestselling books about creativity, emotional growth, and problem-solving.

What if making a mess was the best way to grow?
Jerry wakes up early one Saturday morning with one big idea: build the boldest, tallest, most amazing indoor adventure his imagination can dream up. With building blocks, toy cars, stuffed animals, books, and blankets, he transforms his playroom into a rescue mission full of excitement, learning, and just a little bit of chaos.
But when the towers tumble and the mess takes over, Jerry discovers that he is learning to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and persevere.
