This book provides a comprehensive examination of §the Lebanese Post War Administrative Reform §Experience. §§An indepth analysis of the dynamics of reform is §provided from different perspectives. The role of §the Lebanese Parliament, Cabinet, Office of Minister §of State for Administrative Reform, and the Civil §Service Board in the reform is scruitinized.§§The book describes the reform process as being the §result of conflict and compromise between different §players.
