I have known Mr. Opoku Felix since 1998, when I taught him Principles of Accounting, Statistics for Business Decisions and Quantitative Methods I and II at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Since graduating with an honours degree in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast in 2001, he has obtained an MBA from the University of Ghana, Legon (2005) and has qualified as an Accountant by passing the final professional examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. Currently, he is pursuing the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) programme at Grenoble Ecole de Management (France) and a Ph.D at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Since 2005, he has been a lecturer at the school of Business, University of Cape Coast, Ghana. This book is the result of the reading, teaching and research experience of Mr. Felix Opoku. I have come to believe that Felix is a born-academician who must be supported in that direction.
