This book made an essential point of departure in showing the link between children s migration, the urban informal sector and the livelihood dynamics of rural households. In a clear and succinct style, it presents the causes, patterns and processes of rural children s migration to Addis Ababa and shows how migration exacerbates the problem of streetism in the city.
