As a result of the above, the authors conducted a quantitative survey with professional police officers studying for a master's degree in senior law enforcement. As a result of the survey, a realistic picture was outlined that today the XXI. century, which leadership style is a priority in the police force. In addition to presenting the results, the authors have developed suggestions that can help broaden the vision of management theorists.
