Kotz teaches Organizational Effectiveness, Ethics, and Research Methods at Saint Mary s University, Minneapolis, MN, Doctorate in Leadership Program. His teaching experience includes secondary, masters level management courses, mentoring and guiding both masters and doctoral research projects to improve teaching environments and outcomes for the individual learner.
