Food is defined as a solid substance whose mission is essentially to satisfy hunger and contribute to nutrition in order to survive. However, food is part of social coexistence and of the characteristics and customs of a population. In other words, a good meal reflects the state of health, the development environment and finally the assimilation of nutrients.
