Compared to Ayurveda or Yoga, which by now have been included into western style medical research, V stu Sh stra is a new subject in the context of European science. This work should be regarded as a kind of first step or preliminary study aiming to bridge the gap between two ways of thinking rooted in two different philosophical and cultural worlds. V stu Sh stra has been presented in the language of the past days. But this does not mean that it is not valid knowledge.
