Water is a basic necessity of life. This water is required to fulfill various demands of an area. This book focuses on the design of a complete water scheme for a new housing society (DHA Phase-IV Islamabad). It includes the design of a Water Distribution System, the design of Sewage Disposal System and the design of Storm Drainage System. The book uses a holistic approach and guides the reader through a step by step process, from developing essential background knowledge to the design of complex hydraulic infrastructure. Each type of hydraulic system is considered separately in this text. It also contains the pertinent design standards(Pakistan-Standards) to act as a reference for future projects.
